Affiliate Terms
& Conditions

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Internet Dominators, a DBA of Limbo Vision, Inc., located in Huntington Beach, California, United States of America ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and you, the individual or entity registering for the affiliate program ("Affiliate," "you," or "your").

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Internet Dominators Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or participate in the affiliate program.

This Agreement is universal across all Internet Dominators products and services. It applies to every product, course, software, and service offered by Internet Dominators, whether currently available or released in the future.

Product-specific commission rates, cookie durations, promotional details, and any unique terms are set forth on each product's individual affiliate signup page. Those product-specific terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form a part of this Agreement as though fully stated herein.

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Internet Dominators or Limbo Vision, Inc. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Internet Dominators.

As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for:

• All federal, state, and local taxes arising from your affiliate earnings
• Your own health insurance, liability insurance, and any other insurance coverage
• All business expenses incurred in connection with your promotional activities
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

You have no authority to bind Internet Dominators, make commitments on our behalf, or represent yourself as having any authority to act as our agent or representative in any capacity.

Enrollment in the Internet Dominators Affiliate Program is free of charge and subject to approval at our sole discretion. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We reserve the right to decline or revoke any affiliate application at our sole discretion, with or without providing a reason
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and promptly update your account if any information changes
• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to participate in the affiliate program
• Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual or entity — duplicate accounts will be subject to immediate termination

Commission rates vary by product and are set forth on each product's individual affiliate signup page. The commission rate applicable to a given product is the rate published on that product's affiliate signup page at the time the referred sale is completed.

Commissions are earned on confirmed, completed sales that are properly attributed to your unique affiliate link through the Kartra affiliate tracking platform.

Commissions are NOT earned on:

• Free trial signups that do not convert to a paid transaction
• Fraudulent transactions, including those generated through deceptive or manipulative methods
• Self-referrals — you may not use your own affiliate link to purchase products for yourself or for entities you own or control
• Transactions that are subsequently refunded, voided, or charged back

We reserve the right to modify commission rates with a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to your registered affiliate email address. Commission rate changes do not apply retroactively to existing referred customers whose original purchase was completed before the effective date of the rate change.

Internet Dominators offers a two-tier affiliate opportunity that allows you to recruit other affiliates through your unique broker signup link, which is available in your affiliate dashboard on the Kartra platform.

Second-tier commission rates are set on a per-product basis and listed on each product's affiliate signup page. Second-tier commissions are earned when an affiliate you recruited generates a qualified sale that meets all the requirements of this Agreement.

All terms and conditions of this Agreement apply equally to second-tier referrals and earnings. You are responsible for ensuring that any affiliates you recruit are aware of and comply with this Agreement, though you are not liable for their violations.

Affiliate tracking is handled through the Kartra affiliate platform using first-party cookies. The default cookie duration is 90 days from the date of the initial click on your affiliate link.

Attribution follows a last-click model — the last affiliate whose link was clicked by a customer before a purchase is completed receives credit for the sale.

Please be aware of the following tracking limitations:

• If a user clears their cookies or uses a different device than the one on which they originally clicked your affiliate link, tracking may be lost and no commission will be credited
• We are not responsible for lost tracking due to browser privacy settings, ad blockers, VPN usage, incognito/private browsing, or the customer clearing their cookies
• Third-party browser extensions, privacy tools, and operating system-level tracking prevention may interfere with cookie-based attribution

Internet Dominators makes no guarantee that every legitimate referral will be successfully tracked and attributed.

Commission earnings are subject to adjustment based on refunds and chargebacks as follows:

• If a referred customer requests and receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your pending balance
• If a chargeback is filed on a referred transaction, the full commission amount will be deducted prior to your next scheduled payout
• If a refund or chargeback occurs after a commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from future commission earnings

We reserve the right to hold commissions in reserve for a reasonable period to account for the refund and chargeback window associated with each product.

Excessive refund or chargeback rates — defined as above 10% of your total referred transactions — may result in a review of your promotional methods and potential termination of your affiliate account.

• "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase."
• "Affiliate Disclosure: I am a paid affiliate for [Product Name] and may receive compensation for purchases made through my links."

NO income claims, earnings guarantees, or implied promises of specific financial results. Do not state or imply that purchasers will achieve any specific income or financial outcome.

Acceptable language: "extraordinary results," "predictable revenue system," "proven conversion rates"

Unacceptable language: any specific dollar amounts attributed to affiliate earnings potential, "guaranteed income," "get rich," "make money fast," or any language that implies guaranteed financial outcomes

The following promotional activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

• SPAM of any kind — unsolicited email, text messages, social media direct messages, or any form of unsolicited bulk communication
• Brand keyword bidding — bidding on our brand keywords in paid search advertising, including but not limited to: product names (e.g., "Optimancer"), company names ("Internet Dominators," "Limbo Vision"), founder names, or any misspellings or variations thereof
• Brand domain registration — registering domain names that contain our brand names, product names, or confusingly similar variations (e.g., optimancer-review.com, optimancer-discount.com, internetdominators-deals.com)
• Unauthorized brand accounts — creating social media accounts, pages, groups, or YouTube channels using our brand names or product names without prior written authorization
• Misrepresentation — misrepresenting yourself as an employee, owner, agent, or official representative of Internet Dominators or any of its products
• Fake social proof — creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Deceptive tracking methods — using cookie stuffing, toolbar injections, adware, malware, or any deceptive tracking methods to generate commissions
• Incentivized actions — incentivizing clicks or purchases (e.g., "click my link and I'll give you a bonus") unless the bonus offer has been pre-approved by Internet Dominators in writing
• Brand-damaging contexts — promoting on platforms or in contexts that could damage our brand reputation, including adult content, illegal content, hate speech, or violence

Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved logos, images, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products as an authorized affiliate.

• You may NOT modify, alter, or create derivative works from our logos, banners, or marketing materials without prior written consent
• All intellectual property rights in our products, brands, logos, marketing materials, and website content remain the exclusive property of Internet Dominators / Limbo Vision, Inc.
• This license terminates immediately upon termination of your affiliate account for any reason

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared with you through the affiliate program, including but not limited to:

• Internal conversion rates and funnel metrics
• Commission structures not publicly posted
• Marketing strategies and upcoming promotions
• Product roadmaps, development plans, and unreleased features
• Customer data of any kind

You may share your own personal affiliate performance data publicly (e.g., your personal commission earnings, your referral counts) but you may not disclose aggregate program metrics, internal benchmarks, or other affiliates' data.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of this Agreement and remains in effect indefinitely.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Internet Dominators, Limbo Vision, Inc., its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your promotional activities conducted under the affiliate program
• Your breach of any term, condition, representation, or warranty in this Agreement
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or guideline, including FTC guidelines and state consumer protection laws
• Any false, misleading, or unauthorized representations you make regarding our products, services, or company
• Any claims made by third parties as a result of your affiliate activities, including claims from consumers, regulatory agencies, or other affiliates

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Internet Dominators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the affiliate program, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Internet Dominators does not guarantee any level of earnings, sales volume, conversion rates, or promotional success. Your results will depend on your own promotional efforts, audience quality, and market conditions.

We may terminate your affiliate account immediately upon email notification to your registered affiliate email address if you violate any term of this Agreement.

You may voluntarily terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing at john@internetdominators.com.

Upon voluntary termination in good standing (no violations of this Agreement):

• Commissions already earned and past the reserve period will be paid on the next regular monthly payout cycle
• You will not earn commissions on referred customers' payments made after your termination date, including recurring subscription payments

Upon termination for any reason, you must:

• Immediately cease all use of our intellectual property, trademarks, and branding
• Remove all affiliate links, banners, logos, and marketing materials from your websites, social media, and any other properties within 14 days of the termination date
• Destroy any confidential information in your possession related to the affiliate program

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered affiliate email address with a minimum of 30 days notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may terminate your participation before the effective date by following the voluntary termination process described in Article 15.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

The prevailing party in any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

You may not assign, delegate, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.

The two-tier affiliate program described in Article 5 is the only authorized method for affiliate recruitment. You may not create your own sub-affiliate arrangements, referral programs, or commission-sharing structures outside of the Kartra platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Internet Dominators regarding the affiliate program and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations regarding the same subject matter.

Product-specific terms posted on individual affiliate signup pages are incorporated by reference and supplement this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall control for that product only.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any term shall not be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience and organizational purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision.
